- • Providing charity and agency workers with quick access to the information that a homeless person has chosen to share via CARA. (e.g. medical information such as allergies; location information if the SOS function has been activated or simply a log of recent issues that have been encountered.)
- Linking together support from disparate organisations so that there is less duplication of effort and fewer people falling between the gaps in care provision.
- SOS Response – when a person has activated the SOS function in CARA, a user of AIDA who has responded can indicate to the distressed person and to other users of AIDA that help is on its way.
